Your choices
SeekHarmony is for adults 18 and older in the United States. The initial English-language beta is invitation-only. Personal memory, AI processing and optional emails have separate controls. Declining optional memory does not authorize us to infer or save it for you.
The public Harmony guide
When you choose to use the AI product guide, we send your question and a limited recent conversation history to OpenAI to prepare an answer. This public guide cannot access member accounts or personal memory. Its conversation stays temporarily in the page and is cleared when you clear it or leave or hide the page. We do not save that conversation in our application database. Content-free cost and abuse-prevention records include a daily hashed network identifier, request ID, time and usage. Records older than two days are removed during subsequent usage maintenance; cleanup may occur later if the service is inactive.
Journal and email replies
Your journal is private to your account. If you reply to a reminder you chose, the text of your reply is saved to your journal as a note. Replies pass through our email provider, Resend, and its infrastructure on the way to us, so treat them like any email. We save a reply only if it was sent from your account's email address, passes your email provider's authenticity checks (DMARC) and arrives at the private reply address in your reminder. Quoted earlier messages and signatures are removed. You can edit or delete any note, export your journal with your account data, and switch email replies off at any time, which immediately retires every reply address we have sent you. Harmony does not use your journal unless you share something from it in a conversation. Your new-member welcome email is a one-time service message and does not subscribe you to anything.
Invitation requests
If you ask for an invitation, we store the email address you give, the optional topic you chose and when you asked, so staff can decide on and send your invitation. We also keep a short-lived, keyed hash of your network address to limit repeated requests. Your request is not used for marketing. Requests we cannot take up are deleted 180 days after you ask, and decided requests 30 days after the decision. Invitations are sent by a person, not automatically.
Your private account
If you join the private beta, we store your account email, profile and eligibility declarations, consent records, preferences and goals you approve, plans and tasks, habits and progress, conversations, privacy requests and security records. These features are private to your account. Shared household access and payments are not enabled. AI suggestions do not authorize their own execution: you review and approve a plan or memory before it is saved.
Community (optional)
The community is separate from your private space and requires joining with its own consent. Your community profile, posts, comments and approved photos are visible to other members according to the audience you choose. Find your people is off unless you turn on suggestions; it uses only the interests, goals and optional life stage you choose there, never your private reflections, memory, plans or Harmony conversations. Private messages are visible only to you and the member you are connected with, unless one of you reports a message. To keep the community safe, new posts and comments and anything reported, including a reported message, are checked with OpenAI's moderation service, which can hide clear violations automatically. Sensitive and uncertain cases, every photo before it is shown, and every appeal are reviewed by a person. Moderation never suspends or contacts you automatically. You can download your community content, connections and messages, and leave the community at any time.
AI processing
With your separate permission in Talk, we send your message, relevant conversation history and any approved memory you select to OpenAI. We request that responses are not stored as provider application state. This is not zero retention: OpenAI may retain content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, or longer for applicable legal or safety reasons. API data is not used for model training by default; we require optional sharing to be disabled for the production project. AI can make mistakes and does not provide clinical care or diagnosis.
Service providers and access
Supabase supports identity and database storage, Vercel hosts the application, OpenAI prepares AI responses, and Resend delivers emails. Authentication emails contain account-access information; optional reminders use generic wording without private conversation or memory text. Authorized operators may access information for a necessary support, security or operational purpose; account ownership controls are not a claim of end-to-end encryption. Provider security logs and backups can have separate retention periods. Choosing a US hosting region does not guarantee that every provider operation occurs only in the United States.
Memory, export and deletion
You can inspect, correct or delete approved memory and withdraw permission for future memory use or AI processing. Withdrawal does not retroactively undo processing already performed. Preferences, goals, plans and conversations remain until you delete them or your account is removed. An account deletion request restricts account access immediately; operators process active-data removal separately. Backup copies and provider security records may remain until their applicable retention expires. We do not describe deletion as complete merely because a request was submitted. Account export downloads require recent verification and expire after 24 hours.
Operational retention
Our operational retention schedule is 30 days for delivery-event metadata, 90 days for security audit metadata and unsubscribe tokens, and continued retention of suppression records when needed to honor opt-outs. Settled usage records are removed with the account after reconciliation. Deletion-suppression evidence is retained beyond the oldest restorable backup so a restore does not reactivate deleted accounts. Provider backup horizons and maintenance schedules are documented in our operating records. Records needed for unresolved security incidents or legal obligations may require longer retention.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics in this browser, Google Analytics measures visits to selected public marketing pages. We do not enable it on account, community, staff, onboarding, or conversation routes, or on URLs containing query strings or fragments. No account identifier, journal, memory, conversation text or form values are intentionally sent. Google can receive technical connection and device information and set analytics cookies. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Your browser choice is retained for 180 days; change it with Analytics choices in the site footer. This choice is separate from account product-analytics consent and email preferences.
Cookies and emails
Essential session cookies support sign-in and security. Public guide conversations are not put in browser local storage. Optional reminders and campaigns require their own choices and may be withdrawn. Authentication emails are separate from marketing consent. Open and click tracking must remain off until a separately disclosed tracking policy is approved.
Support and changes
Contact the published privacy address for questions about access, correction, export, deletion or this notice. Use the support address for product help. SeekHarmony is not a monitored emergency service; for immediate danger in the United States call 911, or call or text 988 for crisis support. No one is automatically contacted by the AI. Material changes to processing will be reflected in an updated notice and, where appropriate, a renewed choice.
