Intelligence with your permission
Personal by choice.
Never by assumption.
Harmony connects a conversation with the context you choose to keep and the next steps you decide to take. You can use it without giving it access to everything about you.
From a thought to a decision
Four steps,
each one yours.
A thought
You bring a question or intention to Talk. AI processing has its own consent choice.
Some context
You choose whether to include approved memory. Your private account is not shared with other members.
A possibility
Harmony can suggest a reflection or plan. Its answer may be incomplete or mistaken.
Your decision
Review and edit before saving a suggestion. A conversation does not authorize an external action.
You stay in control
What Harmony keeps,
and what you decide.
What can be remembered
Preferences and goals you explicitly approve. You can inspect, correct or delete them in your private space.
- A preference you want considered.
- An intention you want to return to.
- Only the wording you choose to save.
What stays your decision
Whether to use AI, whether to include memory, and whether a suggestion becomes a saved plan.
- Turn off memory use without deleting entries.
- Withdraw permission for future AI processing.
- Request your data or account deletion.
A few important distinctions
Know what
you're choosing.
Is the public guide the same as my private Harmony?
The public guide answers questions about SeekHarmony. It cannot see member accounts or personal memory. Your signed-in Harmony works within your account and your consent choices.
Does turning memory off delete it?
No. Turning memory off stops contextual use and new entries. Existing entries remain available for inspection, correction or deletion. Re-enabling does not automatically reactivate older entries; review and approve them again.
Does OpenAI receive my conversation?
When you consent to AI processing, your message and relevant context are sent to OpenAI. We request no provider application-state storage, but provider retention policies still apply. This is not a zero-retention or end-to-end encryption claim.
Can Harmony send messages or make decisions for me?
Harmony can propose a next step, but a model response does not authorize execution. The current personal experience does not give it unrestricted external actions.
Is SeekHarmony a therapy service?
No. SeekHarmony supports everyday reflection, relationships and growth. It does not diagnose or provide clinical care, and it is not monitored emergency support.
